To the Brothers of the Mighty Third District:

The reason for this communication is to welcome the Brothers of the Third District to the City of Richmond, Virginia for the 80th Annual Third District Meeting. Your host chapter Delta Omega has been working overtime to put together an excellent weekend filled with activities for the Brothers, their Quettes, and families.  We are looking forward to rolling out the purple and gold carpet and entertaining you in the city of Richmond.

Our goal is to ensure that you will enjoy your stay while attending the District Meeting. A variety of activities have been planned that we are sure you will enjoy. We ask that you register early and secure your hotel reservations with the Downtown RichmondMarriott.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Scholarship Program is intended to promote academic excellence among
the undergraduate members. The 3rd district has compiled an extended list of
scholarship opportunities from a variety of sources.  The scholarships are awarded
based on various criteria usually reflecting the principles and purposes of the

YOUTH ACADEMY PROGRAM

The Youth Academy Program (YAP) provides accountable, effective,
family-centered, community-based treatment services which are
delivered in the least restrictive and most efficient manner. 

Vision Statement:  The Youth Academy is committed to being the
leader in the development and utilization of community-based
programming for the treatment of children and families, therefore,
changing lives through innovative strategies.
